Template System
The template system allows you to completely change the look of your site, if you choose to do so. Project RAFS comes with a good looking default template, but many people choose to create a custom look for their site. Offer Weights
Offer weights is a powerful feature that allows a site owner to specify how important an offer is, which is a result of the offer pay out. An owner may designate an offer to give a full credit (thus completing the users offer credit), ½ credit, or 1/3 credit. This allows site owners to use offers that may be popular, but do not pay enough to be a full credit.
Instant Credit Reporting

Support Tickets

Unique CSV Reporting

Report No Offer Credit
Occasionally an offer credit will slip through the cracks (usually on the advertisers end), and a user will become upset that they completed an offer and did not receive credit. They can submit a No Offer Credit Report to notify you of this, and you can check your records and contact the advertiser to receive credit for this user.
Report Referral Spam
Nobody likes to receive spam, and if a user is spamming their referral link (in an attempt to get referrals), the innocent can report this to the site admin, who can deal with the spamming user accordingly.
FAQ System
To prevent users from asking lots of general questions, Project RAFS has an FAQ system, where the admin can create categories and questions within those categories with FAQs and their answers. Users can refer to this instead of opening lots of support tickets.
Complete/Filtered User List
The user list can be either shown as a list of complete users, or be filtered to find specific users. Either way, a lot of information is shown about these users so you can know more about them (and check for potential fraud as well).
